Shipping:
Items that are in stock at our facilities are usually shipped out in one business day. If the item has not been shipped by the second business day you will be notified via e-mail or phone.
LiquidU cannot and does not make any guarantee on ship time from our warehouse nor can we guarantee transit times. It is the discretion of LiquidU to decide which carrier will be used. Products cannot be shipped C.O.D. All product liability is released from
LiquidU
once the carrier takes possession of the merchandise. If a tracking number is not provided to you via e-mail you may request it by e-mailing info@liquidu.com
Return Policy:
LiquidU offers a 30 day return policy from date of delivery on all brand new and unused merchandise. Products must be in new conditions and all tags must be intact for a return. Shipping is non refundable. Return postage must be prepaid by the customer. All returns must clearly have a return authorization number provided by Liquid University.com clearly marked on the package. Packages returned to our facility that do not have a return authorization number clearly marked and visible will be denied and sent back. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected before a refund is remitted. If you qualify for a return and wish to receive an RA number please contact info@liquidu.com
